Micro(trace) minerals are chromium, cobalt, copper, iodine fluorine, iron manganese, zinc, molybdenum and Selenium these are required in a small amount to the body that's why they are called microminerals.

Calcium -

Mostly We take iodine from iodised salt, banana, yogurt, potato, Strawberries, Cranberries, white bread and pineapple is also contained iodine.
