Types of minerals in food
There are mainly two types of Minerals we get from the food. macrominerals and microminerals (trace).
Macrominerals are Calcium, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, chloride and sulphur.
Micro(trace) minerals are chromium, cobalt, copper, iodine fluorine, iron manganese, zinc, molybdenum and Selenium these are required in a small amount to the body that's why they are called microminerals.

Calcium -
Calcium is a vital nutrient for strong and healthy bones and teeth. For proper muscles activity and also play important role in blood clotting. So must include calcium in your food. Calcium is mostly found in a dairy product like milk, cheese, butter, yoghurt, dark green leafy vegetables etc.
Magnesium and phosphorus -

These minerals help to make strong immunity, play important role in hair nourishment, it gives strength and elasticity to the skin, reduce inflammation in joints, also play important role in metabolism. sulfur and zinc-containing food is onion, garlic, seafood, eggs, meat, dairy product, walnuts, beans etc.
